Oliver accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through our secure checkout.
Oliver ships from Wilmington, NC. We use USPS & UPS as our shipping carriers. Tracking will be provided on all orders. All orders will be shipped ground the following business day unless otherwise noted. For expedited shipping or to request a different carrier please contact us at email@example.com. Orders over $50 within the contiguous US will ship free of charge. $8 shipping charge will be added to orders under $50.
Undeliverable /Refused Shipments
Stolen packages are not our responsibility. Your package may be left at your door unless you request signature for delivery. Please do so when you are checking out under the "additional information" box. The carrier will make three attempts to deliver your package. If those three attempts are not successful, the package will then be considered abandoned. If the items are returned to us we will provide you a store credit for the merchandise bought less the amount of original shipping. If the package is not returned to us you will be responsible for the abandoned package including the cost of the merchandise. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Oliver you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you (on both the original and return shipments). This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
International and Non-contiguous US Orders

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return regularly priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving shipment for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. If within 7-14 days after postmarked receipt of shipment you can return regularly priced merchandise for store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange only. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and free of damage with original tags still attached. We have the right to refuse an item if damaged. ALL SALE ITEMS, accessories, jewelry, swimwear, and custom orders ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items purchased using a promotion code of more than 20% off are exchange only. Please fill out our RETURN FORM and email to email@example.com. If you plan to make an exchange please indicate in the appropriate field so we can put the item on hold if needed.

Canceling or Modifying an Order
Once an order has been processed we cannot guarantee cancellation of shipment, but we will do our best. If an order is cancelled after an item has shipped we will issue a credit back to you for the merchandise bought less the original cost of shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipment cost. If you need to modify an order please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do everything we can to make the changes to your order before it is shipped.
